Show Items from Subfolders!

This used to be one of the only real advantages to using Bridge over finder, but now, almost every day Bridge just doesn't find the items in the subfolders, even if the items should be stored in cache from yesterday. Even if I do clear my cache the next day the problem returns, this, combined with the fact Bridge doest preview .SVG files is making Bridge more and more redundant by the day, please fix this your software if its not too much to ask!

What Bridge build number are you using?

Please update to latest Bridge released on 18 July (Bridge CC 2018 ver 8.1.0.383) check if you are still seeing any problem.

Hi Deepak Gupta,

i am using the latest version of Bridge cc2019 and this PROBLEM is constant, usually occurring more so when looking over network drives. Please fix this, the program is essentially useless if it doesn't search or show all items from sub-folder,s which it does not 99% of the time!!!

Hi,

Please go to parent folder in Bridge and select "Show items from subfolders"

Allow Bridge to generate all cache

Once this is done, Bridge should return correct search results.

Are you serious Abhishek Seth? is that what you consider assistance? I know how to press the button and I know I have to wait for it to generate the list - the problem is it doesnt work 99% of the time. Why dont you read my question before replying with your generic useless response.
