I have been struggling to increase the size and colour of the arrow pointer in Bridge. Please help. Kevin.
If you're talking about the cursor arrow, you can't.
In recent versions of Bridge you can change the text size (Preferences -> Interface). I know that in Windows (I'm on a Mac so I cannot direct you to this), in the Windows Preferences you can change the interface to some degree but that changes text only (I belive).
And color? Again, if you're talking about the cursor arrow, that will be any color you want as long as it's black. (To paraphrase off of Henry Ford.)
Sorry

Thanks Gary. Same problem with cursor size and color not adequately visible. Especially in changing to IPS UHD monitor. Hope they address this.

I don't know how ro change the size of the cursor but if you lose it, you can locate it by pressing the "Ctrl" key. A large circle will momentarily surround the cursor and you can see where it is.
