Some images missing from filters

As you can see from the picture, there are nine images in this folder.  Three are not labeled, two are labeled Approved, and four are labeled Select.  But the Labels filter on the left shows Select (3).  When I choose Select, I see only three of four images.  One of the four Select images seems not to be recognized. Why?

Sorry, I meant to say that this is Bridge 2021 (11.0.1.109) on Mac Catalina 10.15.7

Try purging cache on that one file. It doesn't recognize the rating either.
