Some problems when reinstalling bridge

Good afternoon.
I had to reinstall adobe bridge and now it does not rename me the names of the batch files, if I try to copy them into another folder it tells me that I do not have sufficient permissions.
It also happens to me that I delete a photo and it continues to appear in the content window, before it was deleted from there.
Can you tell me how to solve these problems, thanks
