I cannot get the my GoPro MP4s to show a thumbnail. They are only displaying an icon. I've tried the many fixes available on the forum with no luck (e.g. Use software rendering, clearing cash, restarting Bridge). I've use Bridge to sort gopro footage for about a year with no problems. The older folders that I have sorted still have thumbnails, but this new lot of videos is all icons no matter what I do.
Please help. I'm clearly not the first one with this problem.
