Thumbnails not showing in the Bridge

The Bridge does not show thumbnails of video generated by modern day iPhones. (12 pro max with plugins used).

As a little freeware program like Icaros can generate thumbnails for any kind of video in Windows Explorer.

Like to use the Bridge, but thumbnails have always been an issue over the years.

Works fine here .... sorta.

I have thumbnails.

What I don't like is that it shows the video created in 1904 which it is not.

Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max 

You mean the Procam 8 app?

If so that means itrs generating its own thumbnail image that Bridge cannot read.

In which case you are SOL

Whats SOL.

The native iphone camera is very limited, hence the extra app.

I have thumbnails in Explorer, so its not the end of the world.

But then again, most of the time I use a real camera.

I so dislike vertical moving images.

So back to my initial post.

Why cannot bridge do the same as a liittle freeware app.
