Unable to Copy Image to Another Folder

Hello All,

I am trying to copy an image to another folder and am receiving the below error message.

Appreciate any input and advice.  

Temporary work-around is to open the image in Photoshop and resave to the new folder.

What version of Photoshop and operating system are you using? What type of file are you copying? Please share the source and workflow from which location to which location you are copying the file.
