I updated Bridge and it gives me the no valid files message after connecting the 11 Pro phone. I had trouble with the old Bridge as well but with several tries it usually started to upload the images.  So far nothing has worked

Hi there,

Sorry that Bridge Photo Downloader cannot recognise your iPhone 11 Pro files.

Which version of Bridge are you using? The DNG files from iPhone 11 Pro are supported in Camera Raw 12.0 and above.

Thanks,

Akash

Hi Akash,

Thanks for the quick reply. I use Bridge 9.1.0 338. How do I get to Camera Raw, it is grayed out?

Hi Gisela,

Sorry that the Camera Raw option is grayed out in Bridge. Would you mind purging the cache via Tools->Cache->Purge Cache.  You may also do this via a set of key combinations, see this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html

Let us know how ir goes.

Thanks,

Akash
