1st shots downloaded.  In File manager I can see thumbnails, but not in CC, just icons.  Too new, so IU have to update.  Try to and get spinning circle, won't update.  Go to Adobe.com and it's saying Photoshop subscription is $20/month.  Did they double their price?  Will that apply, or the $40/month for an ap when I went there just before?  Why can FM have thumbs and not Bridge?  Outrageous. Try again, spinning circle.  every update ruins things further, totally upsetting once smooth workflow.

I was able to update camera raw, and recognize the Z7 2 or Z7 II as Nikon uses Roman numerals.  this camera was only released a couple of months ago, so wouldn't be from 2013.  That list says Dec 2020, which is right.  Thanks you.

Hi robirdman1,

Not sure how much I can help you becuase I do not work for Adobe but I can point to some of the things that may help.

First off, here is a list of the various plans, the $10 is still there:

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html

Also, according to this page, your Z72 is covered as far back as 2013.

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html

But you do not say what version of Bridge/ACR/PS you are using, letting us know that would help. Also letting us know what OS you are using (and what release) would also be a big benefit.

One thing you can do right now, and it's free, is to download DNG converter which would convert your raw files to DNG format (I do this ALL the time myself), and once in that format, the files can be read and worked on in older versions of ACR.

You can download it from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

Ah, I'm a Canon guy and do not know the Nikon line well enough to understand the name-codes.

Glad I was able to help regardless of my ignorance of the Nikon line.

Enjoy!
