Z9 files on CF card Bridge 13

I installed Bridge 13 today and now Bridge will not recognize my CF card with Z9 files..  Unistalled 13 and reinstalled 12 and works again.  Anyone else have the same problem?

I have the same issue windows 10 with CF Express card, it does not see it, I had this issue before but it was sorted and now on 13 it is back.

Reinstalled 12 and worked straight away.

Brian,  Thanks for the info.  Hopefully it will help others NOT to install 13 as was the purpose of my post.  Today I got an email from Adobe asking if your reply "solved my problem".  They just don't get it, do they?

For CFExpress card not coming in the list, we would like to have more information about the setup/hardware you are using

 

1. Type and model of CFExpress card
2. Model of CFExpress card reader

3. Are you trying to access CFExpress card directly through camera or through card reader?

 

It would be really helpful if we can get as many inputs as possible to investigate the issue further.

The mentioned issue is fixed in the already released patch 13.0.1.583. Please update and confirm if that resolves the issue for you. Also, it would be helpful if you can share the following details:

1. Type and model of CFExpress card
2. Model of CFExpress card reader

3. Are you trying to access CFExpress card directly through camera or through card reader?
