I see there are a lot of reports about bridge crashing. Has this been resolved. I am on a Dell laptop, Windows 10 Version 1909. Re-imaged system in March 2020 so adobe products are a fresh install. This is what I have found in event viewer for the application. I have uninstalled and re-insatlled numerous times. I have even installed bridge on a Lenovo laptop, windows 10 and bridge still crashes.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that Bridge 10.0.4.157 is crashing on your computer. The faulting module nvd3dumx.dll relates to graphics, could you try updating the graphics drivers from Nvidia's website, restart the computer and let us know if Bridge still crashes?

Regards,
Sahil

Sahl,

Yes, I have the same issue as of this day, 5/12/2021. I updated my graphic drivers, used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool to clean uninstall ALL of Adobe, rebooteed, re-installed Bridge, PS, AI, & ID. I am still having issues with Bridge crashing and displayes this message:

"Bridge has encountered a problem and needs to close. An error has been generated. Click "Send report" to help us analyze the cause of the problem and explore solutions."

I lost count of the number of times I auto-sent the report to Adobe with no avail!

What am I paying for????
