Anyone have this problem?  Bridge won't recognize PSD files on my external drives.  Have had both Adobe and Apple techs try to figure it out and no one can.  Any suggestions? They recommend I ask you all.

Let me guess: are you using Catalina for your Mac OS?

Let me know

1) what is your OS (and what release)

2) what version of Bridge (and what release)

3) what version of PS (and what release)

Waiting for info

Hi Gary

I’m actually on Mojave but did have the same problem on another computer with Catalina.

iMac 10.14.6 Late 2015
I’m using both Photoshop and Bridge CC
I think the problem started when I upgraded to Mojave awhile back from Sierra.  This has been going on for months now and have had both Mac and Adobe techs try and figure it out remotely with no luck.
Can’t think of anything else to try.

Thanks!

Yes, it will find .jpg but not .psd files.  I've attached a couple screen shots of what it does.  First is Bridge search, second is my external (Backup Plus).  The files and folders are there, it just doesn't recognize them.    Thanks for any help!

If you view that folder in Bridge what happens? NOT a search.

If I view the folder manually in Bridge, it's there.  Just won't search for it.

I open up the folder manually in Bridge, it's there.  Just won't search for it.

Ok so Bridge does see the files. Try deleting the Bridge cache and let it rebuild. Tools->Cache
