Hi Sheldonn,

 

"Blank" is not possible. Also, it depends upon how "Blank" you want it. HOWEVER, if you plan ahead you can achieve effectively blank but it will take a moment to prepare. 

 

First, create a new workspace and only have the Content Panel active.

 

Next, create a new folder, name is not critical. Open THAT folder in Bridge and quit Bridge.

 

Now, the next time you open Bridge, assuming that you've not moved your "empty" folder, it will open at the last place it was prior to being shut down. You will be in the last Workspace you were in which in this case is your Content-only Workspace.

 

Then you can continue with your Demo.
