I cannot open a group of ARW files in ACR 12.2 using Bridge 10.03.138. If fact I can't open one ARW with Bridge. I can Select the group of files in Photoshop and have them open as a group in ACR. This works fine with the same group of files a computer running Bridge 10.02.131 and ACR 12.1. Any Suggestions?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Please try the following steps to see if the issue is fixed at your end.

  1. Manually remove all Nvidia modules  until no Nvidia modules remain installed on the system. Reference video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmmizuRJGvI
  2. Reboot the machine Install the latest(Game Ready) Nvidia drivers

This should fix the issue, and if the issue is still not resolved. Try the following.

  1. Go to Edit -> Camera Raw Preferences -> Performance
  2. Choose option “Off” for Use Graphics Processor settings.

Thanks,

Varun

I already replied once, but I will reply again. Varun's suggestions worked and I am up and running.
