Firefly is not taking into consideration the composition or reference image I'm uploading. It got stucked on its own generated image by prompt and is ignoring the changes.

Hello @Miraca,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Can you please show us the reference image(s) and the prompt you used? It is hard to provide specific advice without seeing those.

In general, the prompt plays a large role in how the reference images (especially composition reference) are used. The strength slider also has a large impact:

Hi, thanks for your comments. I was using this functionality perfectly and have created a couple of images following the same steps and obtaining great results. Suddenly it stopped taking into consideration the composition reference at all, no matter how much I improved or changed the prompt, and even deleted all my browser's info and tried with other composition references with the top strength, it simply ignored them. It seems like it stopped taking this command at all, and simply working with the previously generated content as reference. I'll try with something else later and upload some screenshots if the issue persist. @droopydog500 I have seen you answering the same in other posts of people having the same issue. And you can see that we have succesfully created images using composition references before. Do you know if twitching the same image many times can get you to this dead end?

Hi @Miraca,

The model is not static. It changes. So you might get different results using the same references, styles, and prompts. Not all changes are for the better. That is one reason why thumbing down an image is important, because it can flag unintended consequences to a model change.

Do you know if twitching the same image many times can get you to this dead end?

I do not think so, but do not know that for sure. If you have specific reference images/prompts that have changed for the worse, I am happy to look at them and see if I can find the problem.

Thank you @droopydog500 now I understand how even following the same steps could result differently anyways. I'll use thumbs indicators next time and if I run again into the same issue, will report again with reference images/propmts. For now I moved on, editing with Photoshop tools the first rounds of results that were working just fine. I needed to complete the artwork and was stuck in a dead end.
