Anyone have this problem? It says we have "no plan" and our marketing agency most certianly does. We weren't even out of credits. This is a huge issue with our workflow and has happened multiple times.
Hi @defaultqplgmm3xzyvi - I'm sorry to hear that you are facing this . I do see that your account now has 746 plan credits to use and that you have a large stock plan which is active.
