Admin interface problems for one particular client

Explorer ,
Nov 02, 2012 Nov 02, 2012

I'm not even sure how to classify this -- most of the modules on this particular client site (www.balletmagnificat.com) produce the "An Error Occurred..." message in the editing region of the admin interface. If they do work, once I click an item to edit, the fields are all there, but they're blank! Here are some screenshots:

Has anyone seen this before? Should I go ahead and submit a ticket?

Thanks,

Addison

All the key information would be handy like browser, OS, have you tried logging in with their details? When you do it does it work? They tried on another browser or machine?

That's the first sort of things you should be trying or providing info on and exactly the sort of things support would ask you too 🙂

You're right, Liam -- more details...

  • My client tried Firefox and IE, thought I'm not sure which version. I believe they're on Windows 7.
  • I tried Chrome and Firefox (latest versions) on Windows 7 with the same results.
  • It occurred with both their login and mine.

However, I just checked again and all seems well. So, hopefully this was all just a temporary hiccup. I certainly like when things resolve all on their own!
