Browse Shop via Alphabet letters?

Hello!

Can anyone tell me if it's within BC's limits to create a browse feature by alphabet? Similar to the Contacts app on the iPhone, I have a site with a very large catalog full of over 140 artists - I'd like to be able to build a feature for the users to easily jump to a spot. So if they know the product name starts with "S" they can click S to go straight to the artists that start with S instead of having to scroll through the whole alphabet first.

Can anyone give me a shove in the right direction, please?

You may try using catalogs or tags to address this.

Yes, it's not automatically done, but exporting products and then using excel to get the first letter from the name (and put it into the catalog column) should do the trick.
