This is the response I get when trying to publish my sites!...

Clicking 'here' goes nowhere, but the generic Muse site...

I am aware of the eventual closure of business catalyst and muse etc... but this is odd.

I also can't 'manage business catalyst site' as it asks if I am connected to the internet.

Can anybody help?

Hey everyone,

To reiterate what Preran has said in first response, we no longer have ability to publish a trial site on Business Catalyst unless you are left with a any free or paid sites.

However, you can still manage your existing sites. In case you are unable to do so, there might be a possibility that your trial site has been expired after the recent Business Catalyst update - Why did Adobe take down my Business Catalyst website AGAIN after saying they would keep it up through March 2020?

Having similar issues.  I can not longer access the control panel and we use Catalyst for our Intranet.  Awful situation today. Support will not help.  They only send me to this forum.  Can anyone help. Below are pics of what is happening. I canot find ANY SUPPORT! The site should be available until 2021 and it is 2018 right now. I was not prepared to change this summer.

So ridiculous and unprofessional. If you're going to continue to even keep the program available for users then at least leave us an option to send a trial site to clients. Also if we're being told we'll have support until 2021 when that isn't the case how is that fair? Adobe will gladly still take the money though.

They do not want new sites being generated on the service. They are in the process of shutting it down so allowing new stuff to be generated is counter intuitive. The time given was an effort from a number of long term partners trying to get time to migrate their sites and wrap up sites currently being developed, not develop new solutions.

Adobe initially wanted to close it all down MUCH MUCH sooner.

In terms of support - it is still running, I wont comment to the level of it but it is up. What issues are you having they not getting back to you on Jessica?

My email was down this morning... cant get it at all now, then I read all this...

Adobe, you are throwing us overboard with a rock in our hands. I have been subscribing since the beginning but this is the nail in the coffin for me, its over. I will be stopping my sub and moving on and Im sure I am not the only one.
