According to the partner's detailed breakldown page it says:

Customizable Plan Pricing: NO (under the standard plan)

http://migo.businesscatalyst.com/Utilities/HelpAndSupport.aspx

This is under my partner site, you'll need to change domain name to you own.

I am confused.

Maybe somene from Adobe can explain that. No idea what they are talking about there.

The upgrade (pay) process is the same even if you are a free partner. When you go to upgrade just pay it with your own credit card so that Adobe is billing you for the hosting and you bill the client directly however much you want. Most of us add a value to the cost such as extra support time or something.
