Can't Login/Register to my Secure Zones and Password Recovery Email Does Not Work in secure zones.

I tried to login/ register to my secure zones and it just loads a blank page. Same thing when registering an account for a secure zone. And when i try to send an password recovery email in the secure zone module on the BC admin panel and i never get an email. Can somebody help? You can try to register at musicflex.businesscatalyst.com/users/join.html and you will see it just loads a blank page. All help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey that's actually a preloader that I added to the user landing page.

I tried to remove it and I cant. I don't know where the preloaded is coming from. I removed the template from my user landing page it should not have a preloader on it anymore but for some reason it still does and I can't get rid of it.
