Finding a BC partner in Toronto Canada?

Finding a BC partner in Toronto Canada? My daughter is a graphic designer in Toronto but not a web designer but she has a few clients. I have asked her to get involved with BC but she feels the learning curve too much right now. I would like to put her a BC partner, preferably and independent one, but how can she find contact them. Any suggestions?

Thanks Matt, support has sent me a list of BC trainer websites,  but she is looking for a BC partner in Toronto she can work with, beginning with a face to face. The old fashioned way. Regards Don

Don - Ryan here, director of Pretty Pollution USA. As Brett mentioned, my office is based in New York. However, one of our largest clients is based in Toronto and I am usually in Toronto a couple of times per year for business. Not sure if that helps any, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
