I'm trying to send a one-off email to a client and I'm not finding an email option under the customer record.
Do I really have to create a campaign & mailing list (with one email) to contact my client?
Hi,
Yes through a case either generated manually on your end of if a customer submits to a form. Within the case record there is a thread section which you as the admin can communicate back to the customer as required.
"To send a reply email to the customer, click New Message. Enter the content of the email, and then click Send Message"

Thank you Sidney. My next question is going to be, how do I template case emails?
We would like to have a branded email. I'm not even seeing an HTML option in that particular section.
I looked under system emails but nothing really stood out to me.

Unfortunately not really an option if you want this to be customized I'm afraid at this stage.
At the moment it'll just shoot an email directly back to the client but with no template wrap around the content.
I'll pass this feedback onto our team as a possible enhancement request.
