To ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability, we've scheduled a system maintenance on our North America and Australian data center. To minimize the customer impact, the update is scheduled at the most convenient hours for the region and will take up to 8 hours to complete. During the maintenance procedure, adding or updating content in admin, partner registration, trial site creation, Adobe Muse publish, FTP, APIs and some admin sections will experience 2 interruptions of up to 60 minutes each on all data centers. Additionally, all sites on the NA data center will experience up to 15 minutes of non-continuous downtime sometimes during the maintenance window. Except for the scheduled 15 minutes non continuous downtime, the website front-ends will not be impacted by the maintenance.
Maintenance schedule:
- Start date and time: Saturday, July 15th, 9:00 AM PDT
- Duration: We are targeting a 8 hours maintenance window, with 2 service interruption windows. The first window of maximum 15 minutes, second window of maximum 60 minutes.
Customer impact:
- Partner registration, trial site creation, Adobe Muse publish, APIs, FTP and some admin sections will not be available during the 2 interruptions on all data centers
- Operational and email marketing campaign emails will be delayed
- Reporting data loading will be delayed
