Enabling server side shipping validation

Assuming shipping charges are required for every single customer that buys from you, we may optionally add a validation function that checks to make sure every order has a valid shipping charge before the customer is able to pay and finalize the order.

To enable this validation simply go to: Site Manager -> Module Templates -> Online Shop Layouts -> Shopping Cart.

Locate:

{tag_buybutton}

Change to:

{tag_buybutton,Text or Image,true}

Do you know of any workarounds to implement this for a site that has both downloadable products, and products that need shipping?

Shipping options shouldn't render for electronic products. If they do and

it's enforced it's a bug.
