Adobe Business Catalyst Account - Billing

We have an Adobe Business Catalyst account setup under dmCreativeLink. We recently (in the last 3 months) removed all clients from our system. We had been receiving an invoice #1144 that failed each an every time through consolidated billing from the very beginning that was setup in error with our first client Deep Roots Church. We had to set them up again and then we had successful billing from there on out up until the time that we cancelled their account due to them deciding to host elsewhere. The erroneous invoice still kept coming. So I opened a ticket in attempt to resolve that issue last week. Yesterday I went in to check the status and added that in a comment to the existing open ticket. This morning we receive a bill for $39 for a NON-EXISTENT client and cannot access our admin page now due to the demand for payment. Please resolve this issue! The client site that this bill is for has been deleted for several months!!
