How do we get Support?

I desperately need help but cannot create a trouble ticket because the below message has been posted for weeks. How on earth do we get support or create a trouble ticket?

Hi Srbot2, Please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser and then try to login to site admin panel to create a case or contact support. If it does not work please let us know the user ID you are using to login to site admin panel. Regards, Gaurav Aggarwal
