Merging two accounts

I have two Adobe Ids.

One I have been using in association with my Business- admin@xenointernational.com

One I have been using in association with my schooling- thepicardythird@gmail.com

I have built a few sites for clients using Business Catalyst and the ADMIN username.

I purchased the Creative Suite Web Design cs6 using the school id.

Now, when I open the CS6 Dreamweaver and try to sign in it keeps telling me:

An account with the same email already exists in Business Catalyst. To associate the Business Catalyst account with your Adobe ID, please log in to the Business Catalyst web administration console.

My old cs5.5 is associated with the admin@ and still works.... am I getting this message because my new product is associated with the school id, and not the work one? It doesn't even give me the option to log in.. it just automatically logs me in (with what I assume is the school Id, since that account purchased it)

If so, is there any way to MERGE the two IDS so I can continue to use the CS6 with my admin@ user name?

The easiest way is to come on Live Chat via this page - http://www.businesscatalyst.com/support/chat_with_support.html and the agents will open up a case for you.

Another way would be to login to the Partner Portal or the Admin Console, click the Help&Support link in the upper-right corner and that will send you to the help and support page you can use to contact us.
