Hi everyone. I have recently set up the MIGS Payment Gateway for testing however it does not seem to be working. Does anyone has any idea or met any problem with MIGS before?

The issues I came across before were all related to customers trying to integrate the non-seamless MIGS when our integration is a seamless one. Also, I think there may be an issue with integration with bendigo bank if you're in AU.

Thanks for the reply. I am based in AU and the bank that my client is using is Suncorp. Do you know if there's any issue with Suncorp MIGS?

Hi ML,
I don't know of anyone who's integrated with Suncorp, so I can't tell you if it works or not. But it should though. Make sure that you've chosen the seamless integration, that you're using Payment method 1 on the registration page and that you have CC details on that form and also a billing address. If you have all those things and still having issues, please post a link to one of your products and I'll have a closer look at this for you.

Hi Mario,
I am still having having problem with the credit card payment. The website is https://gchampers.worldsecuresystems.com and you can use a test product for testing at https://gchampers.worldsecuresystems.com/testing. There isn't any validation when i submit my details at the recipet buy page.
The other site I was told that it was working is http://www.earthingoz.com.au/online-store and they seem to be using the same payment gateway.
Is it possible to have a look for us?

HI ML,
Although your registration layout has CC details in it, they're actually not enabled in the backend https://skitch.com/mariobc/82t76/gchampers-gold-coast-design-studio
So the system creates a quote instead of a purchase. Try enabling those and check out again. It should work.

I have managed to get some test transactions into the test account. Now I am awaiting for the payment gateway site to response and change it over into the real gateway.

Hi ML,
That text "Unspecified Error" is coming back from the gateway, which is not much help to us. Did you try approaching the gateway and asking them to have a look as at the logs and see if they can see something that's out of place? If not, please do so. I had a quick look around your site and everything seems fine at your end.

Hi Mario,
I am still having some problem. Currently, I have gotten the transaction to go through but after someone make a payment, there isn't notification or invoce sent like when paying with paypal. May I know how I can fix it?

You don't have any workflows which are set to be triggered when the Order gets created. You need to choose one and click the Order checkbox I pointed out in my screenshot:
