P: Adjustment Brush Cursor changes to window resize icon when used near edges

This is a bug that's persisted since 13.1, as far as I can tell. When using the adjustment brush (k) near the edges of the image frame, the cursor changes from the brush size to the "window resize" curser. Unclicking and reclicking the to use the brush brings the brush size back...but then it happens again.

Here is a video of the problem:

I am unable to understand what is going on viewing your video.

What is your OS Version Number?

What type(s) of devices are you using for Mouse/Tablet/etc?

If you click on "Youtube" in the bottom right corner of the video link, it'll take you to youtube and you can see the video better.

When using the adjustment brush (k) near the edges of the image frame, the cursor changes from the brush size to the "window resize" curser. Unclicking and reclicking the to use the brush brings the brush size back...but then it happens again.

You can see in the video that while using the adjustment brush, the curser changes "mid-use."

It happens at 4 seconds, 8 seconds, and 12 seconds in the video. It doesn't happen at 17 seconds, as the brush is being used in the middle of the photo.

- Mac OS version 11.2.3

- Macbook pro 16"

- This behavior happens with my external mouse AND with the built-in Mac trackpad, so it's not related to the pointing device.

To replicate:

1) Open an image in ACR

2) Select the adjustment brush tool (k)

3) Select l large brush size.

4) Start using the brush near the edge of the image.

5) Keep using the brush hear the edge of the image, and the cursor changes to the "slider" cursor.

Does this happen only on the Right-hand side of the image?

Just tested. Yes.
Top? No.
Bottom? No.

Apparently the cursor is getting confused between the brush and the slider cursor that is used to change the size of the side panels.

Proof: I moved the "filmstrip" to the bottom, the behavior migrated to the bottom!

Sometimes it takes a while to happen...other times it happens almost immediately. Were you able to replicate the problem on your end?
