P: Bugs with local adjustment brush

Two bugs just found:

1. Using Wacom pen, the button to select local adjustment presets doesn't work. Have to click and hold with the mouse.

2. When moving to the next image in the filmstrip, the local adjustment preset is deselected.

I frequently use a specific preset on numerous images and paint with the Wacom pen. So now I have to switch to the mouse, select the preset, paint, click the next image, switch to the mouse, select the preset again, lather, rinse, repeat. This slows my workflow terribly.

Photoshop 21.2, ACR 12.3, Windows 10 Pro 2004, Wacom Intuos Pen USB tablet, Wacom driver 6.3.39-1 (latest available.)

For Item 2 - Scroll to the bottom of your local adjustment tools and check or uncheck the box as desired.
