I started using my PS & ACR yesterday to do a job & every time I went into ACR and made my adj's, and tried to send it on over to PS, it would come back with an error & shut everything down . I found a work around way to use it today & so far it's OK.
The crash report says , I attached a copy of the error report, I just tried to go in just now & it will now allow me to go into the Presets panel, when I get in there, the mouse just sits there, or if it does allow me to use them. It usually just kicks out after giving I me the error message report. I've never had this kind of problem that I can remember. I worked in the new PS Beta program this morning, could that be the problem ?
I have someone that does home computers to help me, but I don't know if he will be able to work on this ?
