adjustment brush in camera raw is not functioning since newest PS update

The camera raw adjustment brush is not functioning at all since the latest Photoshop update was installed.  Anyone else experience this?  How can it be fixed?

Could you please try reinstalling the camera raw plugin by following the link below:

Camera Raw installer for Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6

Is it possible that the Density setting has been turned down so that there is no effect being applied?
