camera raw 12.x and 13.x gpu is disabled on w7 while is enabled on w10 on same computer and driver?

hi

i have notice that in camera raw v12.x and 13.x gpu is disabled under w7 and w8

same computer , same nvidia , same video card

i'm talking about basic video card feature like zoom ,pan and so on

i did a test and it's really weird , haven't tested camera raw v11.x

about v13.x there is that w10 is needed

but about v12.x is compatible with w7 and 8/8.1

i know w7 is gone and it's old

but is just a question ?

can you confirm that camera raw gpu (video card) v12.x is not working under w7 ?

As ACR progresses, more and more functionality has been passed onto the GPU so it isn't suprising that there is a difference in major differences along with the different OS versions. Also, at least on Windows, GPU updates are pretty important so it isn't impossible machine A with one card and same OS might not be just like machine B with the same card and OS so do check that.
