When trying to open a RAW file, regardless of camera, the latest version of PS 22.3.0 running on a 2018 MBP with 4GB, of graphics memory, 32GB of RAM and a 2TB NVMe Thunderbold 3 scratch disk is saying a that the file cannot be opened due to a program error. Turning off the graphics acceleration in PS does not help. Moreover, the newest version of Camera Raw 13.2.0738 delivered the same program error message using PS 2019. and Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB should be enough. Not an upgrade until it works Adobe...
