Camera raw 13.2 not full screen

Hi, I recently bought a new laptop (PC) and downloaded the latest version of Camera Raw (13.2). The problem is : when I open it to work on a raw file, it doesn't go full screen. It's like the Camera Raw screen is a 15" when I work on a 14". There is no way to make it smaller or fit to my screen and you cannot scroll down to access all the icons like opening an image to go to photoshop.

Strangely enough, it's perfectly fine when I switch to photoshop.

Does anyone know what kind of setting needs to be done ?

Thanks !
