Hello

Does anyone have any clues what I can do ?

When I'm in Bridge it doesn't let me open Camera Raw and the tabs appear unavailable, neither does it appear in the options to import photos to camera raw.

In photoshop it just keeps loading the camera raw image and never opens it.

Can you give full details of Bridge and Photoshop versions you are using?

You could try looking in Bridge Preferences>General and select the option "Double click opens in Camera Raw"

(Wording is different on Mac and Windows.)

This should allow opening of files directly from Bridge to Camera Raw without having to open Photoshop. (Camera Raw can be hosted by Bridge or by Photoshop.) Ctrl+R or Cmd+R does the same.

See here.

@Juan Daniel35131905vxsx  If it is the files you show in your screen-clip:

2024-02-01 13_27_01-Camera Raw 2024 from Bridge it doesn't work - Adobe Community - 14389291 — Mozil.jpg

Then, PNG files are not 'raw' files. They do not need or use Camera Raw. They should open directly to a Photoshop document in the same way a JPG, TIF, or PSD file will.

You can use the Camera Raw FILTER when the PNG images open in Photoshop .  (The CR FILTER is not the same as ACR for raw files, although they look similar.)

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.0, Photoshop 26.0, ACR 17.0, Lightroom 8.0, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.0, Windows-11.
