Camera Raw crashing while opening images on Windows 10

Salve, ieri sia Lightroom CC che Photoshop CC (ultime versioni) funzionavano regolarmente, oggi Camera Raw si blocca sia se voglio aprire un file raw, sia se cerco di aprire un jpeg da filtri-camera raw, si blocca comletamente e l'unica maniera è chiudere photoshop con Ctrl Alt Canc, ho letto in post precedenti di risolvere istallando una versione precedente, ma non risolvo nulla, ho disistallato tutta la swite Adobe, compreso Creative Cloud,, cancellate le cartelle in C rimaste Adobe, pulito il registro, reistalato  da 0 ma il problema persiste, possibili soluzioni? Ho anche contattato la chat dato il permesso do condivisione PC, ma dopo 3 ore il tecnico non ha rispolto nulla. Quindi chiedo qui. Altrimenti che senso ha avere l'abbonamento mensile?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Camera Raw 13.2. Please try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Camera Raw by going to the Edit menu in Photoshop, then Preferences, then Camera Raw Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch both Camera Raw & Photoshop to check if that helps.

If the issue persists, you can try resetting the Preferences of Camera Raw using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/camera-raw-settings.html#ResetCameraRawpreferences
