Camera RAW doesn´t work in PS because "Graphics Acceleration Not Supported"

Hi there!

My Camera Raw Filter doesn´t work in PS.

 

I don´t see any GPU in Photoshop "Preferences" - "Camera RAW".

There is just a notification - "Camera Raw graphics accelerator is not supported by your system." 

 

But there is my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 in Photoshop "Preferences" - "Performance" visible.

 

 

This method doesn't work because Photoshop crashes every time, I launch Camera RAW Filter.

 

Go to the following locations

  • C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw
  • Rename the GPU folder as 'GPU.old' (add .old at the end)
  • Restart Photoshop and Camera Raw again.

 

 

MY SYSTEM:

 

Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit

Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.5.0 2024

Camera Raw (Version 16.2.0.1763)

 

GPU 01: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, 8GB

GPU 02:  Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

RAM 64Gb

Could you advise any decision of this problem?

Having two GPUs enabled is known to create issues.

Try disabling the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 in the device manager.

@Per Berntsen Thank you for your reply and advice!

 

My Photoshop has been worked on 2 GPU (Intel + Nvidia) without any problems. It could also be useful for some programs and energy efficiency.

 

I think this problem is due to some recent PS updates... Is there anyone here with the same problem?

Did you try to disable the UHD Graphics 630?

I don't have this issue with Camera Raw 16.2 on Windows.
