Camera Raw Filter opening but not appearing on screen

Hi there,

I am completely lost as to what to do to fix this problem - I have the most updated version of PS CC installed on my PC. As of a few days ago, whenever I go to load an image it will not load the camera raw filter window. When I open an image it shows it's loading in and then nothing happens. If I hit enter, it will load in the image but the raw filter menu is not there prior or after. When I go up to the top to Filter>Raw Camera Filter, it once again shows it is loading, stops and nothing appears. I cannot do anything unless I press Enter.

This is driving me absolutely insane as I have a number of photos I need to finish editing for work and I'm on a deadline.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud and Photoshop. I have reset preferences. Windows and all drivers are up to date.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it! I use the Raw Camera Filter extensively...
