Camera Raw filter version 17.3 problem

I was facing a problem with my raw photos for canon r5 mark 2 the photos appears in the finder as a black photo and it will not be previewed until I zoom in! and that's only happened after I updated the camera raw filter to the version 17.3, as before I update it, it was working perfectly without any issues. I tried to solve the problem by installing the older version of camera raw 14.5, but it became worse, as photoshop now can't open any raw photos, and also cannot open the camera raw filter at all!!

Can anyone help me to uninstall all camera raw fiters i have and reinstall the older version??

No problem in the beta version, but in the main version the photos open black.
