Camera Raw interface is blank

Running Photoshop 2020 with Catalina, the Camera Raw interface is not functioning properly with a lot of missing visuals - seems like it could be a simple fix but not sure where to start. See screen shot, any help would be greatly appreciated! Please note the canvas is empty so that is not the issue.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema con el Camera Raw, al actualizar el SO a IOS Catalina, no se ve correctamente la patalla.....
He visto la solución que has aportado, de instalar una versión de CR anterior...... pero no veo respuesta por parte de Adobe..... 
¿Hay alguna información oficial sobre este tema?

If you have a mac book, click edit and press undo until you reach layer 1 or background. Then retry using camera raw filter:)
