What is the current version of the application that you are using? Would you mind sharing more details on what is happening with Camera Raw Plugin? When do you get the graphics processor error or an out-of-memory issue? Did you try re-installing the application?

Try this step and let us know if it helps: Hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks, "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences."

Any luck if you disable GPU in preferences?
