I went to Library > Application Settings > Adobe > CameraRaw > Settings and put a folder full of .xmp files there. Those presets are not showing up in my Profiles section of Camera Raw. Does anyone know why this is?
So you say profiles, are these presets or DCP camera profiles you are trying to deal with?
Currently the way to move presets in ACR is to select the preset GROUP and export it to a ".zip" file, and then import that ".zip" file in the other machine, so you might try that approach.
