Camera Raw speichert Jpeg kleiner als PS

Community Beginner ,
Nov 28, 2022 Nov 28, 2022

RAW files saved as Jpeg with Camera Raw 15.0 are about half the size (5-10 MB) than Raw files saved with Photoshop in Jpeg (20+ MB).
Settings (CR and PS) are checked several times, identical.
What could be the problem?

Your screenshots indicate that the 'Quality' Setting for JPEGs is '10' in Camera Raw and '12' in Photoshop

How are you 'saving' JPEGs in Camera Raw; can we see the settings you write about?

It is also possible ACR and Lightroom Classic behave the same way, in which case this may be worth looking at:

Woweee!!!

I don't believe it, that's it! I thought if I set the maximum (10-12), the quality will be automatically adjusted, which is not true

Viiielen Dank und maaany thanks

Yes, sometimes (too often) Adobe UI seems to include elements that confuse rather help users.
