Hello I would like to ask you, when editing a photo in camera raw, a histogram pops up when I scroll the slider. what could I do about it? Thank you

Try to disable the GPU. Press Ctrl+K to open preferences, go to the Performance tab, and uncheck Use graphics processor.

If you update your graphics driver, you might br able to work with the GPU enabled.
