i just loaded my lightroom 3 into my new computer, i upgraded from win xp to win 10, when i tried to view my transferred files,lightroom doesnt recognize  my nef files ffro either my d200 or my d7000, or d70, id does on my old computer but not my new one. what do i needto do?

I'm assuming that you probably installed Lightroom using the DVD. That installed Lightroom 3.0. There were six updates for Lightroom 3. I suggest that you update to Lightroom 3.6. Here is the link:

The D7000 would indeed require Lightroom 3.3 or higher.
