Can't open RAW files in Camera Raw, help!

I'm working with RAW files but can't open them in Camera Raw because of an error. Also different raw files (.gpr, .nef) or jpeg are not possible to be opened. I also tried to reinstall an older Photoshop version (21.1), but still it's not working. Restarting the computer also didn't work... Camera Raw version 12.3
What can I do?

I got a link from Adobe for some solutions: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-unexpected-behavior-user-account.html
Nothing worked but the last point: change to a new Microsoft user account.... a lot of work but now everything is fine.

Have you opened these images, or images from this camera in Camera Raw previously? What exact camera model are you using? Have you been able to open other raw files from other camera models in Camera Raw 12.3? Some more details would definitely be helpful.

Yes I opened these files some days ago - Nikon D850, Gopro Hero 5 and I also opened jpeg files in Camera Raw. When I try it now it just does nothing or says "Programmfehler" (program error).

Strange. My only suggestion would be to try installing Camera Raw again. Other than that, I have no idea.

I already installed Photoshop new. I made a second account in Windows and there it's working fine!
