Can't open recovered RAW files

Hi!
Recently discovered I lost a bunch of photo's from a specific shooting day. I tried to recover them using Disk Drill and ended up with these files: (see photo)

I can't seem to open them 😕 My laptop tells me they're unreadable...
they're around 45MB each and have the .cr3 at the end so there should be a bunch of information in them, can someone help me with this?
