Error message on Photo enhance

I am attempting to use the new enhance Photo in Camera raw. When doing so i get the message that there is a problem that I need to update my operating system and or graphics. I have checked these for updates and it says I have the latest versions Can anyone help

Try disabling GPU in preferences, any better?

I cannot see the preferences in Camera raw. I open the image in Bridge the
say open in Camera Raw then right click on filmstrip amd ask to enhance
this is when I get the error message.
Thanks for the help think it is maybe me being stupid.
